    The Admissions Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the Admissions Operations & Processing area and helps ensure accurate and timely handling of undergraduate, graduate, transfer, and dual-enrollment applications. This role provides operational leadership to the processing team, coordinates core workflows, is a key advisor for residency and data integrity functions, and partners with campus colleagues to maintain efficient and student-centered admissions operations.

    Working under the direction of the Director of Admissions Operations & Processing, the manager helps implement established procedures, oversees consistent data practices, supports error resolution and quality control, and assists with maintaining alignment across Banner, CRM Recruit, Element 451, and other systems used in the admissions lifecycle.

    Required Qualifications

    Required:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education or experience
    • One year of relevant experience in admissions, enrollment services, or another higher education operational area
    • Experience working in Student Information Systems (preferably Banner)

    Preferred Qualifications

    Preferred:

    • Demonstrated ability to manage detailed processes and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment

    • Ability to communicate effectively with staff, students, and campus partners
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Experience training staff or student workers
    • Familiarity with residency classification, transcript evaluation, or admissions processing
