We are seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Maumee, Ohio. This is a contract-to-hire leadership opportunity with a stable, well-supported organization that values strong operators and hands-on leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead overall facility operations for a skilled nursing and rehab center
  • Drive strong outcomes across clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and financial performance
  • Build, mentor, and retain high-performing department leaders
  • Lead survey readiness and ensure ongoing compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Foster a positive, resident-centered culture for staff, residents, and families
  • Partner closely with regional leadership to meet performance goals

Qualifications

  • Active Ohio Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license – required
  • Minimum 2 years of Administrator experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting
  • Strong knowledge of survey processes, compliance, and QAPI
  • Proven ability to lead teams and improve operational performance
  • Excellent communication skills with staff, residents, and families
