Position Overview
As an Administrative Support Assistant 3 in the Building and Construction division, you will work under the supervision of the Bureau Chief at our central office near Valley Junction in Des Moines, Iowa. You will work in the Environmental Health and Contractor Bureau to support the Contractor Registration program.

Do you have two years of full-time work experience in general office, clerical, data entry/processing, or related work?

Do you have a total of two years of education and/or full-time work experience in general office, clerical, data entry/processing, or related work? Thirty semester hours of accredited college or university coursework in any field equals one year of full-time experience.

Are you a current permanent State of Iowa executive branch employee? IF YES - Do you have current, continuous experience in the state executive branch that includes six months of full-time work as an Administrative Support Assistant 2 or eighteen months of full-time work as an Administrative Support Assistant 1?
