Allegheny Science & Technology (AST) is seeking a Administrative Specialist to support our Department of Energy (DOE) customer in Idaho Falls, Idaho!
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to various DOE-ID and DOE-NE offices.
- Screen and direct incoming calls.
- Schedule appointments.
- Arrange meetings.
- Prepare required materials.
- Maintain departmental files.
- Prepare basic word processing documents, spreadsheets, and databases.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and one (1) year relevant experience; additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Experience with general office equipment.
Other Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
