Responsibilities of the Administrative Receptionist


  • Answer telephone calls throughout the day, routing them to the correct next step

  • Greet and direct visitors, vendors, and residents

  • Manage mail, building access, parking protocols, and resident storage areas

  • Support paperwork for affordable housing compliance

  • Coordinate with residents and maintenance staff for any repairs or building issues


Background Expected


  • 1+ year(s) in an administrative role, internship experience considered

  • Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment

  • Bilingual ability in English/Spanish is highly preferred
