Prepare and distribute project-related documentation, including reports, meeting agendas, and presentations. Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and information flow. Assist in scheduling and organizing meetings, including preparing meeting rooms and materials. Assists in promoting business development, entering contacts and business activities in InterAction and coordinating with Business Development & Marketing department as required. Prepares engagement letters and new matter memos for new clients and matters. Track project progress and provide regular updates to team members and leadership. Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation of all project activities. Support the project team by addressing administrative needs and resolving logistical challenges. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and smooth project execution. Coordinates with Conference Services for internal and client meeting requests, including but not limited to audio-visual, catering services and external vendors. Bachelor's Degree. Must be a Notary Public licensed in DC, Virginia or Maryland or able to obtain a commission within six months of joining the Firm. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. Proficiency in using project management tools and software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.What's On OfferCompetitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year.
