Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

Pay: $20-$25/hour, based on experience

About the Opportunity

A well-established organization in the Hunt Valley area is seeking a professional and customer-focused Administrative Customer Service Representative to join its team on a temporary-to-hire basis. This position offers an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy providing exceptional customer service while supporting day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, clients, and visitors
• Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails
• Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries
• Enter and maintain accurate customer and account information
• Process orders, service requests, and documentation
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-up communications
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and other administrative documents
• Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
• Support multiple departments with administrative projects and tasks
• Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of records
• Assist with general office operations and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative, customer service, call center, receptionist, or office support experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
• Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced office environment
• CRM, ERP, or database experience
• Experience handling high-volume phone and email communications
• Associate degree or equivalent work experience
