Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
Location: Weston, FL
Type: Contract
Compensation: $24.30/hr
Work Model: Onsite
Hours: 7:30am to 4 pm Mon-Fri onsite OT per business needs, as well as weekend work as needed

Responsibilities

• Ensure components, subassemblies, and finished goods progress through the various stages of service processing.
• The role will interface with production, procurement, depot technicians, SAP experts, and others to ensure an integrated and efficient approach to the flow of materials.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in medical capital equipment systems - highly preferred
• Experience with SAP, ServiceMax, Expandable- highly preferred
• Knowledge on Lean or Six Sigma- preferred
• Experience with automation - preferred
