    Contract- 1 Year
    Location-  Forest Park, GA 30297 ( ONSITE)

    Position Summary

    Provide expert-level administrative support and leadership to the team, leveraging over 11 years of experience to ensure seamless daily operations, enhanced efficiency, and strong organizational performance. This role serves as a trusted partner to leadership and a central point of coordination for administrative, financial, and communication activities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide senior-level administrative support to leadership and teams, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflows

    • Independently manage complex calendars, schedules, and appointments, prioritizing critical meetings and deadlines

    • Lead the coordination and execution of high-profile meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics, agendas, materials, and follow-up actions

    • Prepare, edit, and review complex documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism

    • Conduct in-depth research, collect and analyze data, and compile comprehensive reports to support strategic planning and decision-making

    • Oversee budget management activities, including expense tracking and financial reporting, ensuring compliance with organizational policies

    • Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and strict confidentiality standards

    • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, delivering exceptional communication and relationship support

    Skills & Qualifications

    • 11+ years of progressive administrative or executive support experience

    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and related business tools

    • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

    • Proven ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment

    • Professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels
