    Job Summary

    The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative and office support for multiple professionals, including supervisors, managers, and managing directors. The role requires excellent calendar management, travel coordination, and event planning skills, along with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a fast-paced and dynamic workload. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities with professionalism.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform general administrative and office support for team members at various levels.

    • Field telephone calls, receive, and direct visitors in a professional manner.

    • Plan and coordinate meetings and events, including meal ordering and logistics.

    • Manage complex calendars and schedules, ensuring efficient time management.

    • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.

    • Use a variety of software tools for data entry, document preparation, and presentations.

    • Read, analyze, and proof documents, emails, and presentations for accuracy.

    • Maintain confidentiality and ensure accurate record-keeping.

    Qualifications

    Education & Experience

    • 1–3 years of administrative experience in a professional office setting required.

    Technical Skills

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.

    • Familiarity with Oracle is a plus.

    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
