    Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking an Administrative Associate to support operations in the Corpus Christi area. This position offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance and paid time off.

    Location: Corpus Christi, TX (Onsite – 5 days/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM)

    Job Summary

    The Administrative Associate will support daily business operations by creating and processing invoices, managing inventory, and performing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented office environment.


    Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities

    • Create, review, and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
    • Assist with inventory management and tracking
    • Perform basic administrative duties under immediate supervision, following established procedures
    • Prepare documents, reports, and spreadsheets to support the business unit
    • Maintain files, records, and calendars as needed
    • Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as other internal systems
    • Answer customer inquiries and direct questions appropriately
    • Communicate effectively with coworkers, customers, and leadership
    • Support team productivity by assisting with assignments as needed
    • Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills in handling routine and non-routine tasks

    Basic Qualifications

    • High school diploma or GED required
    • Minimum of one (1) year of administrative work experience
    • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products
    • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
    • Ability to work onsite in an office setting, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
