The Visual and Performing Arts Department at Odessa College is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support the department and help build a culture of excellence across Music, Theatre, and the Visual Arts.

Specific Position Duties

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• An understanding of and desire to support a culture of excellence in Music, Theatre, and the Visual Arts.
• Well-versed in Adobe and Microsoft platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively as a member of the Visual and Performing Arts team.

Minimum Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of accounting is a plus.
