Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track orders from placement through delivery

  • Enter, maintain, and update data in internal systems

  • Perform daily file uploads and system updates

  • Match invoices to orders and reconcile discrepancies

  • Partner with accounting on invoice processing, payments, and reconciliation

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables (required)

  • Basic accounting experience preferred

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in a high-volume environment

  • Strong organization and follow-through skills

Pay Details: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour
