Position Summary

The Administrative Coordinator provides administrative and clerical support to Cura Services Department Managers and the Senior Director. This role coordinates daily office operations, meetings and events, financial processes, and departmental communications while serving as a resource for students, faculty, staff, and visitors. This is a full-time position working on campus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to department leadership.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and schedules; prepare agendas and take meeting minutes.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries from students, faculty, staff, and guests.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Assist with budget-related activities, expense reimbursements, and credit card reconciliation.
  • Maintain records and administrative systems while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Coordinate with multiple departments and independently resolve routine issues.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of administrative support or office management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of office procedures, records management, and administrative systems and ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and work independently.
  • Must be a collaborative team player with a professional, dependable, and accountable work ethic.
