Administrative Assistant Synergy HomeCare
SYNERGY HomeCare of Eagan is seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in both administrative and marketing functions within a mission-driven home care agency. You'll serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls, support daily office operations, and help create engaging content for our social media and caregiver communications.
Compensation: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
Job Type: Part Time
Minimum Level of Education: High School
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional, courteous manner
- Greet visitors and assist with general inquiries
- Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and office support
- Assist with on-call phone rotation
- Contribute to monthly caregiver and community newsletters
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Comfortable interacting with others in person and over the phone
- Must pass a state background check
- Experience with Canva or similar tools is a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to use hands, wrists, and fingers
- Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds
- Ability to bend, twist, and stoop as needed
