Description
- Prepare, revise and format correspondence and legal documentation
- Manage calendars, appointments, travel and meeting logistics
- Answer and place calls professionally; take accurate messages
- Review and manage electronic and physical mail
- Organize client and internal meetings
- Input attorney time and reimbursable expenses
- Prepare client bills, track payments and support billing processes
- Understand and calculate billing‑related financials
- Maintain office equipment with supplies as needed
- Provide reception cover when required
- Assist with special projects and ad hoc tasks

Profile
A successful Administrative Assistant should have:
- 1-5 years' experience as an administrative assistant or paralegal
- Associate degree or higher
- Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage competing deadlines and shifting priorities
- Professional, reliable and punctual
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, positive attitude
