    Position Requirements:

    • Great attitude & interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to multi-task
    • Creativity (e.g., ideas for decorating for holidays, autism awareness month, spirit week, etc.).
    • Professional and friendly demeanor
    • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
    • A reliable car and be willing to drive (as required)
    • Knowledge of G Suite a plus
    • Ability to provide negative TB test results
    • Ability to clear FBI & DOJ fingerprinting

    Position Responsibilities under limited Supervision:

    • Strong attention to detail
    • Manage the front desk area and clinic
    • Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
    • Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
    • Mange Client and Staff schedules
    • Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
    • Setting up office supplies/lunch/snack orders
    • Maintaining office cleanliness and organization
    • Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
    • Manages the recruitment process for exempt and nonexempt employees and interns using the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire a superior workforce.
    • Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
    • Distributing and setting up office equipment for staff and clinic
    • Creating work material including but not limited to: program material, program stimuli, templates, forms, etc.
    • Assist with office opening and closing procedures
    • Ensure therapist are maintaining organized work environment.
    • Participates in administrative staff meeting and attends other meetings and seminars
    • Maintains employee-training records
    • Regulatory compliance and reporting
    • Maintains records on sick leave, vacation and other absences
    • Other administrative duties as assigned

    Job Type: Part-time 20 - 25 hours a week

    Locations: 2 - Allen Park & Dearborn
