Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and basic computer literacy
Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to manage multi-line phone systems confidently
Strong typing skills along with attention to detail for proofreading documents accurately
Prior experience in construction as a receptionist is advantageous
