Arkansas Talent Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support a highly respected CPA firm based in Little Rock. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office and providing high-level administrative support to partners and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to partners, managers, and accounting staff
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate client appointments
  • Prepare, format, and proofread correspondence, reports, and financial documents
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, delivering a professional and welcoming experience
  • Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems in compliance with firm standards
  • Assist with onboarding paperwork, engagement letters, and client documentation
  • Coordinate office operations, including supplies, mail distribution, and vendor communication
  • Support special projects, including tax season logistics and deadline tracking

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a professional services or accounting environment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with document management systems is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor with a client-service mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a CPA firm or financial services environment
  • Familiarity with tax or audit processes and terminology
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
