    Description

    CORMAC is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the President and leadership team. This role serves as a trusted partner to executive leadership by managing communications, coordinating schedules, organizing meetings, maintaining records, and supporting day-to-day business operations.

    Responsibilities

    • Organize, review and manage president's email box
    • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
    • Manage LinkedIn messages
    • Organize and schedule appointments
    • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
    • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
    • Develop and maintain a filing system
    • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
    • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
    • Participate in Industry events such as Government agency small business outreach, NCMA meetings etc.
    • Provide De-brief and action plans on Industry events
    • Build a rolodex of potential partners for further collaborations
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
    • Identifies leads and supports prospects to acquire new clients/opportunities.
    • Build relationship with existing customers
    • BD Pipeline
    • Conduct Initial Gate 1 reviews with the management
    • Understand, learn and contribute to the Capture activities beyond Gate 1
    • Branding and Culture
    • Create and Post articles in CORMAC Website, LinkedIn and other social media
    • Acquire Brand materials
    • Organize company events such as social get together,
    • Compiling detailed reports that capture successes and opportunities.

    Education

    • Bachelor's degree.
    • 3 years of experience handling similar roles

    Location: Leesburg, VA

    Work Arrangement: 100% Remote with occasional visits to the office
