You are not the first one to pickup the phones, but this role is heavily customer focused. Type reports, memos, letters and other documents using word relevant computer software.Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining records management database systems.File and retrieve documents, records and reports.Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the company, including those of a sensitive or confidential natureDetermines appropriate course of action, referral, or response to field staff and customers. Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient.Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Other duties as assigned
