    Description

    Our Client, a Healthcare company, is looking for an Administrative Assistant: I for their Centennial, CO location.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provides administrative support to a department or individual.
    • Duties may include word processing, filing, faxing, answering phones, receiving and directing visitors, scheduling, financial record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and sorting/distributing mail.
    • May work on special projects.
    • Ensures daily accomplishments by working towards individual and company goals for cash collections, credit balances, medical records, correspondence, appeals/disputes, accounts receivable over 90 days, and other departmental goals.
    • Understands and adheres to all applicable state/federal regulations, and company policies.
    • Receives, stamps, compiles, and distributes incoming mail. Prepares outgoing mail to ensure correct postage and shipping entity is utilized.
    • Responsible for tracking postage meter use and loading postage onto postal machine.
    • Transports USPS & Fed Ex shipments to local facilities as needed.
    • Receives and unpacks incoming orders.
    • Ensures receipt of all items and/or addresses missing items or returns with vendors.
    • Retains packing slips for retention purposes.
    • Monitors incoming fax queues daily and distributes and/or assigns incoming faxes.
    • Coordinates with vendors to resolve facility issues and IT equipment needs and/or issues.
    • Assembles new hire binders and assists with new hire computer, phone, and desk set up.
    • Ensures computer equipment is disposed of in accordance with Client IT policy and coordinates e-cycle disposal.
    • Maintains RCM seating chart, asset/inventory spreadsheet, employee directory, and RCM employee communication boards.
    • Supports credit balance staff by mailing, emailing, faxing, uploading, and tracking documents.

    Requirements:

    • Strong communication skills and organizational skills are essential.
    • Familiarity with MS Office required.
