Position Purpose: The Administrative Assistant I will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of BCT facilities

Title: Administrative Assistant I Position Type: Full Time Pay Range: $22.00 - 32.00 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) On-site position at our Boulder, CO location (work locations are subject to change based on business need).

Job Responsibilities:

Greet all visitors to include BCT customers and suppliers; direct them to the appropriate BCT personnel

Maintain and monitor Visitor Calendar following visitor protocol

Procure office supplies and breakroom drinks and snacks. Keep break rooms and office supply area organized and stocked

Manage and deconflict conference room calendars

Plan, schedule, and coordinate all catering requests for BCT customer meetings and internal meetings, as required

Reconcile and submit monthly credit card statements following the current guidelines

Manage seating chart for each facility, coordinate with managers for new hire placement, internal transfers and other seating requests as they arise

Coordinate new employee desk(s) preparation

Responsible for ESD jacket cleaning process

Oversee BCT specific projects as directed by manager

Follow confidentiality of information and general policies and procedures

Strong organizational and planning skills

100% on-site. Remote or hybrid work options are not available to this position

Other responsibilities as assigned

Required Qualifications/Education:

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Proficient Advanced to expert skills with MS Office

1-3 years of general clerical experience in an administrative or office support role.

Enthusiastic, friendly, dedicated work style and conscientious about providing top-quality administrative support and customer service

Strong organizational and planning skills

Ability to work as a member of a team and work independently

Ability to remain positive, flexible, and focused in a fast-paced work environment where priorities change frequently

Related technical experience may be considered in lieu of education

Working Conditions: This job operates in a professional office environment, but in a manufacturing company. This role uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, scanners, filing cabinets and fax machines. BCT anticipates the application window closing approximately 40 days from the date the notice was posted. However, factors such as candidate flow and business necessity may require BCT to shorten or extend the application window.
