Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements

- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries

- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations

- Maintain and update electronic and physical filing systems

- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment

- Assist with project documentation and data entry

- Coordinate with clients and vendors as needed

- Assist with special projects and events as assigned

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with office equipment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Team player with a positive attitude

- Previous experience in an engineering or construction environment is a plus
