Are you a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and loves keeping people and projects on track? Join our College of Nursing Graduate Programs team and play a vital role in supporting the education of future healthcare leaders.

As the Administrative Assistant, you'll be the operational backbone of our graduate nursing programs, partnering with program leadership, faculty, students, and clinical partners to ensure everything runs smoothly. From coordinating key initiatives and managing communications to supporting accreditation efforts and student success, your work will have a direct impact on the next generation of nursing professionals.

We're looking for someone who takes ownership, anticipates needs, thinks strategically, and enjoys turning complexity into organization.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Provide high-level administrative and operational support to Graduate Program Directors, the Associate Program Director, and faculty.

  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, events, and day-to-day program operations.

  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track follow-up action items.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for students, faculty, clinical partners, and university departments.

  • Support student onboarding, orientations, communications, and documentation processes.

  • Assist with clinical placement coordination and maintain required clinical records.

  • Maintain accurate, confidential, and organized student, faculty, and program records.

  • Support accreditation activities, regulatory compliance requirements, and program reporting efforts.

  • Draft and distribute professional communications, reports, and program materials.

  • Manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

  • Contribute to special projects and perform other duties that support the success of our graduate nursing programs.
