Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location(s): Fort Myers, FL

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the billing team with invoicing activities.
  • Record and track incoming work requests.
  • Assist with invoice distribution processes.
  • Provide phone support to customers.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues.
  • Cross-train across multiple departmental functions.
  • Manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments.

Required qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of administrative and/or customer service experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
