The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

• The professional voice and maturity needed to successfully support top business leaders in an administrative role and interact with clients in a way that upholds our values and culture
• Proficiency in common office software and an eagerness to learn and utilize new products and tools
• Organizational skills, initiative, reliability, and the emotional intelligence necessary to connect with people from diverse industries and personalities with a calm, confident, solution-oriented approach

Our Administrative Assistant will:

• Support team members by coordinating schedules, appointments, and administrative activities
• Prepare client deliverables and assist with a variety of administrative and operational tasks
• Serve as a welcoming and professional point of contact for clients, while helping to create a positive experience for clients, applicants, and colleagues
• Assist in maintaining efficient office operations and supporting firm-wide initiatives
• Create positive impressions and nurture strong relationships by treating clients, applicants, and team members in ways that demonstrate our commitment to legendary service and our values.
