This Full-time, non-exempt position is for an Administrative Assistant supporting eSpelman Operations, responsible for managing daily office activities and providing administrative support to the Associate Vice President.
Essential duties include serving as the first contact for students, faculty, and visitors, coordinating travel arrangements, handling purchases and financial documents, maintaining budgets and inventories, preparing reports and presentations, scheduling meetings and events, and managing correspondence.
Qualifications include a high school diploma and three years of relevant experience, with strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with financial systems are required. Some college is preferred.
The role requires onsite work, no travel, and a professional demeanor to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
