    Administrative Assistant FLOAT - Elkhart/Goshen

    We are looking for a full-time administrative assistant - float for the Addictions team in Elkhart/Goshen.

    What You Will Do as an Administrative Assistant - Float: 
    The Administrative Assistant - Float position starts at $17.64 hr.
    Duties include:
    • Covering front desks in Elkhart and Goshen
    • Answering phone and handling messages
    • Making appointments and schedules
    • Greeting and directing visitors and clients
    • Operating office equipment
    • Supporting team members with various needs and requests

    We are looking for the following persons:
    • Candidates who are bilingual. 
    • Those who have at least a High School Diploma or equivalent. 
    • Those with office experience or those who are ready and willing to learn
    • Those who would like to learn the skills involved in supporting the healthcare industry through the provision of mental health and substance use treatment
    • Those who love working in a supportive team environment
