    Position Summary

    This role provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Senior Compliance Team, Project Managers, and Subcontractors. This position helps maintain organized project documentation, supports day‑to‑day office operations, assists with scheduling and communication, and contributes to the smooth execution of project workflows. Our ideal candidate for this position will be well organized, detail oriented, and ready to learn.

    Responsibilities

    Include but not limited to:

    • Assist Project Management team in managing a construction project's process and procedures.
    • Ensuring all subcontractors comply with I9 requirements.
    • Collect and prepare badges for client required controlled access program for contractor and subcontractors.
    • Provide document control and ensure electronic files are accurately maintained.
    • Prequalifying subcontractors for compliance with company policies.
    • Data entry for venders, subcontractors and subcontracts.
    • Assist with coordination between field and office.

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma
    • 1-3 years' experience in a professional office environment.
    • Construction experience highly desired.
    • Experience with AutoDesk or Procore software a plus.
    • Experience with Adobe Acrobat Forms a plus.

    Required Skills

    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
    • Organized with a high level of attention to detail.
    • Ability to maintain strict standard of confidentiality with sensitive information.
    • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook
