Salary Range $27.59 - $33.17 Hourly Position Type Full Time
Under the general directions of the Executive Assistant, performs Constituent Service and Administrative Assistant work. The primary focus is to supportthe needs of the residents for the four Council District Representatives. This position plays a vital role in connecting constituents with services, community awareness, to resolving issues within their district. The ideal candidate is organized, and empathetic to the needs of the constituents' concerns and needs.
Minimum requirements to perform work: Bachelor's degree in Public, Business or Government administration, Political Science, Communications or a related field from an accredited college or university. Three (3) years of administrative support experience, preferably in a municipal or government environment; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the position. Ability to pass a criminal background check. Possess a valid Georgia Driver's License.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise considerable skill in handling sensitive information and data. Ability to prepare clear, concise, grammatically correct letters, memos, staff meeting minutes and other written documents.
