    Administrative Assistant 
    Clearwater, FL
    Long-Term Contract

    TempExperts is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support a rapidly growing medical technology organization in Clearwater, FL. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients’ lives, gain valuable healthcare industry experience, and work in a collaborative, mission-driven environment offering stability and long-term potential. The role supports the Cardiac Division, focusing on data entry, managing records, and assisting with communications between physicians, patients, and internal teams.

    Responsibilities:
    • Manage medical records and treatment plans, ensuring all documents are current and accurately tracked.
    • Maintain and audit detailed spreadsheets to confirm data integrity and completeness.
    • Generate and distribute patient status reports for physicians and medical staff.
    • Assist with marketing initiatives and lead generation projects.
    • Communicate professionally with patients, physicians, and office staff to ensure timely follow-up and accurate documentation.
    • Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure all data is accurate and up to date.
    • Provide administrative support to the Sales and Business Development teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and organizing project documentation.
    • Coordinate logistics for virtual and onsite meetings.
    • Perform data entry and assist with insurance-related or patient information updates.
    • Carry out other administrative duties as assigned.

    Requirements/Education:
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred. 
    • Prior administrative experience required; healthcare or medical office experience preferred.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and digital fax or CRM systems.
    • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. 
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills for patient and provider interactions.
    • Ability to learn new software and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
