Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their client's team in Carlsbad, California. This role is essential for providing administrative support and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
Maintain and organize office files and records.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Support other team members with various administrative tasks as needed.
Ensure the office is well-stocked and organized.
Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
Qualifications
Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Required Work Hours
Work hours are typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Pay
$19 - $23 per hour
