Overview

Answer and manage incoming customer calls professionally and courteously.

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on customer inquiries.

Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and documentation.

Assist with scheduling, reporting, and general office administration.

Support daily business operations and special projects as needed.

Maintain organized files and office systems.

Skills and Experience

Previous administrative, office support, or customer service experience preferred.

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.

Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
