Job Titles: Administrative Assistant Pay: 20hrSchedule: M-F 8:00am-4:30pmWork Environment: OfficeMonday through Friday. approx. 30-40hrs per week with some flexibility if some is a student, etc.Job Length: 6 months plus  Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • File, organize, and retrieve documents and records.
  • Prepare, format, and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Scan, copy, fax, and upload documents as needed.
  • Assist with recordkeeping and document management systems.
  • Support administrative functions as assigned.
  • Assist supervisors and office staff with special projects and administrative tasks
  • Ensure office areas remain organized and professional.
 Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1 year clerical, administrative, or office support experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
