Job Titles: Administrative Assistant Pay: 20hrSchedule: M-F 8:00am-4:30pmWork Environment: OfficeMonday through Friday. approx. 30-40hrs per week with some flexibility if some is a student, etc.Job Length: 6 months plus Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- File, organize, and retrieve documents and records.
- Prepare, format, and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail.
- Scan, copy, fax, and upload documents as needed.
- Assist with recordkeeping and document management systems.
- Support administrative functions as assigned.
- Assist supervisors and office staff with special projects and administrative tasks
- Ensure office areas remain organized and professional.
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1 year clerical, administrative, or office support experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
