LHH is seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Senior Administrative Assistant for an incredible non-profit organization in Atlanta, GA. This role will provide advanced administrative and project support to senior leadership. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing multiple priorities, and is committed to delivering exceptional support to internal stakeholders, donors, prospects, and community partners.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and oversee scheduling logistics for senior leadership.
Arrange meeting spaces, prepare agendas and materials, and record and distribute meeting minutes.
Process travel expenses, support procurement activities, and assist with vendor management and requisitions.
Ensure leadership is well-prepared for meetings, presentations, and special events.
Donor & Stakeholder Relations
Serve as a primary point of contact for donor and prospect inquiries, delivering excellent customer service and timely follow-up.
Support communications with donors, volunteers, and key stakeholders through professional correspondence and outreach.
Assist with the preparation and distribution of newsletters, reports, presentations, emails, and informational materials.
Project Coordination & Operations
Provide project management and administrative support for strategic initiatives and departmental priorities.
Coordinate communications across departments and with external partners to support major initiatives and events.
Draft documents, agreements, and standard correspondence for leadership review and approval.
Manage document workflows and facilitate electronic signature processes.
Data, Reporting & Records Management
Maintain confidential records, reports, presentations, and organizational documents.
Develop and manage systems for tracking, storing, archiving, and retrieving critical information.
Create and maintain complex spreadsheets, shared drives, data repositories, dashboards, and file-sharing platforms.
Update policies, procedures, manuals, and operational resources as needed.
Qualifications
Required
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of administrative support experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong customer service orientation with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, exercise sound judgment, and maintain strict confidentiality.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience preparing reports, presentations, spreadsheets, business correspondence, and other professional documents.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree.
Experience supporting senior-level executives or leadership teams.
Familiarity with financial systems, reporting tools, or donor/customer relationship management platforms.
