PPE: This is an administrative position, but the standard is that all employees have access to the following PPE: hard hat, protective eyewear, closed-toe shoes (steel-toed boots are not required for this position).

- Processing, tracking, and coordinating the completion of staff timesheets and procurement card reports
- Ensuring adherence to applicable Company administrative, accounting and compliance procedures
- Maintaining office supplies
- Coordinating meetings and events
- Managing travel arrangements
- Coordinating office relocations
- Creating and tracking project correspondence
- Performing miscellaneous assignments as directed
- The position is at a large construction site serving several new projects
