TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Admin Assistant in La Porte !

WORK ENVIRONMENT

In-Person — Not Remote

Main Responsibility

• Maintain accurate data records with shipment details.
• Excel Data Entry ( must be proficient)
• Bill of Lading 
• Data entry 
• Scan documents and complete data imaging.
• Provide customer service and phone support.
• Fax and copy documents.
• File and organize paperwork.
• Support other general office functions as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• English language proficiency with strong communication skills required.
• Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute.
• Basic understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or equivalent.

PAY RATE

$17.00

SCHEDULE

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
