Job descriptionJob SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for a project that last through December. The ideal candidate will provide support to our HR team by assisting in screening resumes, scheduling interviews assisting with ADP software and other admin duties.Duties- Perform various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents- Manage calendars and schedule appointments- Act as a personal assistant to HR, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence- Utilize computer literacy skills to create and update spreadsheets, presentations, and reports- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette- Type, proofread, and edit documents as neededSkills- Strong calendar management skills- Experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role is beneficial- Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Ability to organize files both digitally and physically- Demonstrated exceptional phone etiquette- Familiarity with general office tasks and procedures- Efficient typing skills- Strong time management abilitiesIf you are looking for a short term project admin role, please apply at www.Atworkknox.ComJob Type: TemporaryPay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekSchedule: 8 hour shiftWork Location: In person
