Admin Assistant
The Admin Assistant provides administrative and operational support to help maintain an organized, efficient workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily office administrative activities and maintain organized office systems
Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and internal communications across teams
Provide administrative assistance to leadership and support special projects as needed
Serve as a point of contact for internal administrative inquiries
Required Qualifications
Organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in the Logistics, Transportation, or residential & commercial industries.
Experience supporting office operations, facilities coordination, or administrative reporting
Familiarity with basic accounting processes such as invoicing or expense tracking
