The College of Education is seeking one or more qualified individuals to serve as online Adjunct Faculty members for the graduate programs in education. The chosen individuals will teach a variety of education courses and complete assessment documents as directed by the Graduate Programs Director. Appointments are offered on a per course basis. Continued contracts are contingent upon department needs. Faulkner University is a Christian university affiliated with the churches of Christ.

The successful candidate must demonstrate a commitment to Christ-centered Liberal Arts education, Christian service, the mission of Faulkner University, and student support. Initial contract offerings may begin as early as Fall, 2026.

Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree (Ed.D or Ph.D) in Education or a related degree with 18 graduate hours in Education required
• Teaching experience at the college level or demonstrated teaching ability
• Experience in using LMS (Blackboard, Canvas, etc.)
• Active member of the church of Christ preferred
