Position Description:
Seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist III for a full-time, onsite role in Grand Prairie, TX. This role involves working as a receptionist on rotating shifts (8AM-5PM), managing heavy AR responsibilities, and supporting multiple departments including sales. The ideal candidate will communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to facilitate timely payments and resolve account discrepancies, ensuring smooth cash flow.
In this role, you will interact directly with customers to request payments, negotiate payment plans, and obtain remittance details. You will also collaborate with internal teams to provide order and payment status updates, assist with cash application duties, and address inquiries related to orders, credits, or account conditions. Your proactive engagement and strong relationship-building skills will be essential to success.
