ACT Program Assistant

Estelle's Professional Community Services is a community mental health agency providing ACT and other behavioral health support services across the Hampton Roads area. Our work is centered on helping individuals access consistent, coordinated support through behavioral health programs that make a meaningful difference in daily life.

As an ACT Program Assistant, you will help keep program operations organized and responsive, supporting the team behind essential client services. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys administrative coordination, works well with others, and takes pride in helping programs run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the ACT team and coordinate daily program activities.
• Assist staff with scheduling, communication, and follow-up for client services.
• Support office operations, including correspondence, filing, and report preparation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 3+ years of professional administrative or program-support experience.
• Proficiency with general office computer use, including experience using Google Docs and Excel.
• Experience in community mental health.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Experience supporting behavioral health or multidisciplinary care teams, such as coordinating with clinicians, case managers, or community-based service staff, is a plus.
