A client of CFS is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to add to their team.

Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Specialist:
- Manage and reconcile program attendance and billing data, ensuring accuracy across billing systems
- The Accounts Receivable Specialist will collaborate with program staff to verify billing requirements while researching and resolving discrepancies or significant billing variances
- Review, format, and submit billing information in compliance with funding and system requirements, delivering exceptional customer service to program teams, finance staff, funders, and other stakeholders
- The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for pulling aging reports on a weekly basis and following with past-due accounts
Preferred Qualifications of the Accounts Receivable Specialist:
- Accounts Receivable experience
- The Accounts Receivable Specialist must have good knowledge of Excel
- Must have great communication skills
Salary is $40,000-50,000
