Compensation:

$50,000–$60,000 annually, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Manage day-to-day accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, payment applications, and account maintenance
• 
  
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up with customers regarding past-due accounts
• 
  
• Reconcile customer accounts and research payment discrepancies
• 
  
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and AR reports
• 
  
• Communicate with customers and internal departments to resolve billing and payment issues
• 
  
• Assist with account reconciliations and month-end accounting activities
• 
  
• Maintain organized documentation and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions
• 
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• 
  
• At least 1 year of accounting or accounts receivable experience
• 
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
