Overview of Accounts Receivable Specialist Role:

• 
  
• Review new customer accounts and establish credit limits
• 
  
• Contact customers regarding outstanding balances and payment resolutions
• 
  
• Track past-due accounts and follow up to ensure timely collections
• 
  
• Investigate billing issues, disputes, and payment variances
• 
  
• Keep customer account information and documentation up to date
• 
  
• Assist with payment posting and account reconciliation activities
• 
  
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and Warranty teams to resolve account issues
• 
  
• Adhere to company credit policies and procedures while supporting special projects as needed
• 
  

Preferred Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

• 
  
• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable and/or Credit experience
• 
  
• Experience with collections, aging reports, and resolving account discrepancies
• 
  
• Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to build positive client relationships
•
