Accounts Receivable Specialist
Brockton, MA – onsite work schedule
Salary: to $70,000

Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Specialist:
- Generate and distribute customer invoices accurately and timely.
- Post and reconcile customer payments, wire transfers, ACH transactions, and checks.
- Monitor aging reports and perform collections activities.
- Resolve customer billing discrepancies and payment issues.
- Prepare account reconciliations and support month-end close activities.
Qualifications of the Accounts Receivable Specialist:
- 2+ years of AR and collections experience
- Preference will to those who have worked in a manufacturing/distribution setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems
- Strong organizational skills and a commitment to excellence.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
