Description

Pay Range: $24.00hr - $29.00hr

Job Overview:

The Accounts Receivable Resolution Specialist works directly with customers, as well as the organization's sales, operations, and collections teams to identify and resolve issues preventing invoice payment. This role investigates past-due invoices, corrects billing discrepancies, coordinates issue resolution, and partners with internal collectors to ensure timely payment of outstanding unpaid invoices. The candidate will work across multiple departments to ensure efficient processing.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate should be inquisitive, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions and drive issues to resolution in a high-volume environment.

  • 3 5 years of experience in AR, Billing, Customer Service, or Order Management.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Professional communicator with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Experience with ERP systems (Rental Result).
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce).
  • Experience with AR Software (Emagia).
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Suite.
