$60,000 – $80,000 + discretionary bonus

Accounting & Tenant Billing Coordinator Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and post tenant billbacks, construction-related charges, and one-time billing items
• Maintain tenant ledgers and ensure accurate and timely billing processes
• Review lease abstracts and support lease setup and activation
• Assist with tenant move-in and move-out processes, including documentation tracking
• Support CAM reconciliations and annual billing adjustments
• Partner with leasing and property management teams on tenant activity and billing needs
• Provide backup support to accounting functions as needed

Accounting & Tenant Billing Coordinator Qualifications:
• Experience in accounting, property accounting, or related field
• Yardi experience required; exposure to QuickBooks is a plus
• Understanding of tenant billing, lease terms, and billbacks preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working in a fully in-office, team-oriented environment
