Positions We Are Actively Filling:
Accounts Payable (AP) Specialists: Managing vendor relations, invoice processing, reconciliations, and weekly check runs.
Accounts Receivable (AR) / Billing Specialists: Handling cash applications, billing, collections, and dispute resolution to keep cash flow smooth.
Full-Charge Bookkeepers: Managing general ledgers, trial balances, financial reporting, and payroll for established local businesses.
